The Williams Abrasion Tester is of the type that presses a test piece with
static load against a grind disc (sandpaper) rotated at a specified speed. The
load is measured by using a load cell and given feedback so that the load will
become constant. The tester also comes with capability of measuring the rotation
torque of the grind disc
